Lead & Copper Inventory

PWSD #1 of Franklin County would like to advise all water customers that starting March 2nd, 2024, Service Technicians will be visiting most homes to create an inventory of service line materials. The Service Technicians will be driving a white truck marked with a blue Alliance Water Resources sticker on the side. This inventory will be taking place during the week and every Saturday from the months of March to August. Service Technicians may ask the customer to check their water line that comes into the home and inform them of the material that is used.
